Doni (letter) explained

Doni (asomtavruli, nuskhuri, mkhedruli დ, mtavruli Დ) is the 4th letter of the three Georgian scripts.[1]

In the system of Georgian numerals it has a value of 4.[2]

Doni commonly represents the voiced dental plosive pronounced as //d//, like the pronunciation of (d) in "dome".
