Ślizów (German: Schleise) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Syców, within Oleśnica County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland.[1]

It lies approximately 5km (03miles) south of Syców, 25km (16miles) east of Oleśnica, and 50km (30miles) east of the regional capital Wrocław.

The name of the village is of Polish origin and comes from the word śliz, which means "stone loach".[2]
