Česká Čermná is a municipality and village in Náchod District in the Hradec Králové Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 500 inhabitants.
Česká Čermná is located about 4km (02miles) east of Náchod and 34km (21miles) northeast of Hradec Králové, on the border with Poland. It lies in the Orlické Foothills. The highest point is the hill Kašparka at 639m (2,096feet) above sea level.
The first written mention of Česká Čermná is from 1448. Until 1849, it belonged to the Náchod estate and shared its owners.[2]
On the Czech¨Polish border is the Česká Čermná / Brzozowie road border crossing.
There are no protected cultural monuments in the municipality.[3] A landmark of Česká Čermná is the Chapel of Saint Wenceslaus. It is a modern chapel, built in 1938–1939.[4]
