ʽAmran (Arabic: عمران|ʽAmrān) is one of the governorates of Yemen. Located in the northwestern side of the country, it is controlled by the Houthi movement in the Yemeni civil war (2014–present).
'Amran Governorate is divided into the following 20 districts.[2] These districts are further divided into sub-districts, and then further subdivided into villages:[3]
